I am returning my order… how do I do that?
Please ensure your gift is in the same condition as it was received.
Gifts can be returned to our warehouse:
Luxury Blooms & Hampers, 49 East Street, Rockhampton Qld 4700
Please get in contact with one of our friendly Team to advise the parcel will be returned.
You can Then Choose to:
- Exchange the item
- Refund to the original payment method
- A store credit for later use
Once the gift is received back to our warehouse we will take the next steps as requested.
Please return gifts back to our warehouse within 30 days of dispatch
My gift is damaged/an item is broken. What do I do?
Please get in contact with our Friendly Team to discuss as soon as the item is received. Please provide photos of the gift hamper as it arrived.
Our team will resolve the issue aiming for the best possible outcome from the following:
- Send a replacement hamper or replace the damaged item
- Issue a store credit
- Refund the damaged item or hamper
In some instances, we may require the item to be returned to us.
How do you process refunds ?
Refunds are processed through our online store and returned back to you via your original payment method.
Eg. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be paid back to your PayPal account.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved and actioned by our service team, refunds are paid directly back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to clear with your bank and be visible on statements or in bank accounts.
